With crepes originating from France the home to the renown capital Paris the city of love, what could be more romantic than sharing a crepe with your loved one.
The word crêpe is french for pancake and derived from the Latin crispus meaning “curled”. Although literally meaning pancake they are different from the thicker version more commonly known to America. The crepe is made with wheat flour or buckwheat flour and made both sweet or savory.
They originate from Brittany the northwest region of France but now have become a worldwide delight and greatly enjoyed by many. So the question is where can you take your date who loves crepes here in Montréal?
