Ce matin dans la chambre civile N•2 du tribunal de grande instance de Ndjamena débute le procès opposant l’Etat Tchadien par faute du ministère en charge du Développement Touristique de la culture et de l’artisanat (organisateurs du Festival Dary) et l’Association Tchadienne des Couturiers Formateurs ( Organisateurs du Festival de Mode et Traditions Tchadiennes ).
Dossiers Numéro 1 de cette date : À l’ouverture du procès le représentant de l’Etat Demande conciliation en ce termes :
<< Nous devons d’abord commencer par une conciliation, s’il refusent c’est à leur risque et périls >> Au Président du tribunal de tribunal de répondre : <<vous venez demander conciliation vous devez plutôt jouer profil bas au lieu de dire aux gens que vous les attendez à pieds ferme >> Fin de citation
Notre avocat demande alors au représentant de l’Etat de produire des pièces à conviction sa réplique étant vide des pièces. Et lui réplique que notre porte n’est pas fermée pour conciliation tant qu’elle est correcte autrement nous continuerons la procédure contentieuse. Et demande ensuite au président du tribunal de reporter l’audience à la date la plus proche.
L’audience est donc reportée pour 2 semaines pour la date du 19 février 2019 à la même heure.
